General

Everything is 100% remote. We communicate through the coaching app, Zoom check-ins, and direct messaging. You can be anywhere in the world.


I use a Kahunas.io coaching platform where your training plan, nutrition targets, progress photos, and messaging all live in one place. You'll get full access and a walkthrough on day one.


No problem. Your plan is built around whatever equipment you have whether it's a full commercial gym, a home setup, or just dumbbells. We work with what you've got.


Most programs run 3-5 training sessions per week, 45-60 minutes each. I build your schedule around your actual life, not an ideal one.


No. I work with total beginners and experienced lifters. Your plan is built based on where you actually are not where you think you should be.


1:1 Coaching

Everything. Custom training plan, nutrition guidance, weekly Zoom check-ins, unlimited messaging, app access, progress tracking, and mindset coaching. No hidden fees.


Minimum 3 months but recommend 6 months to see meaningful progress.


Every week we do a short Zoom call to review progress, address issues, and adjust the plan. Takes 30 minutes.


Your timeline depends on your starting point, goal, and adherence. I'll always be straight with you about what's realistic.


That's what check-ins are for. I'll modify your plan for travel, limited equipment, schedule changes, or whatever life throws at you. The goal is to keep you moving forward no matter what.


Message me through the app or text. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays but usually much faster. You're not on your own between calls.


12 Week Challenge

The 12 Week Challenge is a defined program with a fixed timeline. Great if you have a specific deadline or want to try coaching before going monthly. 1:1 Coaching is ongoing, more deeply personalized, and evolves with you over time.


Every week I provide a Loom video with feedback for you to review progress, address issues.


Yes. Direct messaging throughout the entire program, plus weekly check-ins. I'm available.


You can roll into 1:1 monthly coaching. I already know your body and habits, so the transition is seamless. Or you walk away with the education and discipline to continue on your own.


PAYMENTS

Payment is processed securely at sign-up through Kahunas.io. 1:1 Coaching is billed up front. The 12 Week Challenge is a single one-time payment.
